This interactive workshop will guide participants through the identification of industry-related, ethical dilemmas and the creation and implementation of a digital ethics scorecard, using a combination of strategic insights and interactive working sessions. The workshop is intended for both individuals operating as agents within an organisation or those managing independent insurance agencies or brokerages.

Chenoa is a specialist in digital solutions with 11+ years of local and regional experience under her belt covering diverse sectors from media to financial services to oil and gas. She has worked extensively on org-wide digital strategy projects as well as end-to-end execution of major digital marketing campaigns, ideation and oversight of website and mobile application development, and experiential and interactive digital solutions.
Chenoa holds degrees from Bryn Mawr College and Oxford University and has delivered bespoke digital training for a number of local and regional organisations including Massy, Republic Bank and Unit Trust. She has also been a key member of the co-ordination team for several digital conferences. She believes in the power of digital to provide elegant and effective solutions to business problems and to create lasting connections between customers and companies.
