Dealing with Difficult People

This highly interactive workshop is designed to educate participants on strategies to resolve conflict at the workplace and how they can increase productivity through effective management of different personalities.

On completion of this workshop, participants should be able to:

• Apply conflict resolution strategies to all situations within the workplace.
• Identify various personality types
• Increase productivity through effective management of different personalities.
• Recognize impending conflict within workspaces
• Effectively employ conflict de-escalation strategies.
• Give negative and positive feedback

Ms. Jeneice De Coteau has been trained in the field of Mediation at both the Dispute Resolution Centre and the Conflict Resolution and Mediation Centres of Trinidad and Tobago and is currently a certified Mediator by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago. Ms. De Coteau has been formally trained as a Counsellor with the University of the West Indies – Open Campus.
