Revision of State Licensing Syllabus and Examination

In keeping with our remit under the Insurance Act 1980 and TTII Act of Parliament No. 25 1972,  the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute continously revises its programmes and cousre offering to maintain industry relevance and practicability to the work arena. Moreover, with the ever evolving legislative environment which has recently seen the introduction of Anti- Money Laundering and other laws affecting the financial services industry; it has become necessary for insurance intermedaries to become more conversant with the regulatory framework  which directly impacts them. In light of this, the State Licensing Syllabus has been revised to encompass the Regulatory Framework governing Compliance, Governance and Ethics and Financial Accounting.
