The Insurance Act 2018 & You/Dealing with Difficult People

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Give negative and positive feedback

Facilitator: Raphyl Williams, LLM (Merit), LLB (Hons), LEC, FCCA, CA Mr. Williams who is the TTII’s Director of Education, is also an Attorney at Law, and has operated in a number of senior positions including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for a number of organisations within a major conglomerate. Mr. Williams holds a Master’s degree (LLM)  in Commercial and Corporate Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of London. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). Facilitator: Jeneice De Coteau, Certified Mediator Ms. Jeneice De Coteau has been trained in the field of Mediation at both the Dispute Resolution Centre and the Conflict Resolution and Mediation Centres of Trinidad and Tobago and is currently a certified Mediator by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago. Ms. De Coteau has been formally trained as a Counsellor with the University of the West Indies – Open Campus.
