The Human Relations in Claims Handling workshop provides participants with knowledge and understanding of the nature and importance of managing the relationships during the claims handling process. It looks at the need for the claims personnel to understand their role in the claims department and how human relations is critical for the continued success of an insurance company.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
